1. Fill out the Request Form Start by filling out our simple online inquiry form. Tell us a bit about your tax or business needs so we can prepare for our meeting.
2. Receive Your Meeting Link Once we review your request, we will send you a calendar invitation with a Google Meet or Zoom link.
Note: For Google Meet, there is nothing to download or install on your computer. Just click the link in your web browser on your computer or smartphone, and you're in!
3. Meet Online & Get Started We will meet virtually to discuss your documents, answer your questions, and finalize your strategy. It’s just like an in-office visit, but much more convenient.
4. Secure Document Filing After our meeting, we take care of all the paperwork involved in preparing your returns. While we are in the process of obtaining our EFIN, we will prepare your documents for mailing and provide you with clear instructions. Professional service — now just a click away.
All services are provided by appointment and are based strictly on the information and documents supplied by the client.
Step 1 — Initial Request Clients submit an initial request via email or through the website. We review the request to determine the scope of work and the required documentation.
Step 2 — Document Collection & Analysis Clients provide the relevant tax and financial documents. We analyze the materials and notify the client if any additional information is required.
Step 3 — Preparation Tax returns and bookkeeping records are prepared exclusively based on the documented information provided by the client, in accordance with applicable regulations.
Step 4 — Review & Filing The prepared documents are discussed and agreed upon with the client. Upon approval, we will prepare the documents for mailing (including envelopes and instructions) or submit them electronically if the EFIN has already been obtained.
Confidentiality & Responsibility All client information is handled with strict confidentiality. Clients are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legitimacy of the information provided.
